As I approach an almost unbelievable eighth decade I look back with warmth and deep gratitude for
growing up in the 50s and 60s.

Where the world opened up to air travel, endless
career opportunities.

We watched movies from America.
Glamourous Dior models.
Excitement round every corner, which the postwar prosperity offered and
 it was a dream.

We were given freedom unknown before which opened up our world to think beyond our shores to make a difference.
